  • Listings you create — including player-wanted posts, team listings, friendly requests and tournament information.
  • Messages sent through the platform — to enable communication between users.
  • Usage and analytics data — to help us improve the platform.

3. Why We Collect Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Display football listings relevant to you.
  • Enable messaging between coaches, parents and clubs.
  • Send account-related emails such as security alerts and password resets.
  • Send message-notification emails when you receive a new message.
  • Improve the platform through analytics and feedback.

4. Email Communications

You may receive the following emails from Matchd:

  • Welcome emails — sent when you create an account.
  • New-message notifications — sent when another user messages you.
  • Security and account emails — such as password-reset requests or suspicious-login alerts.

Message-notification emails are throttled so you receive no more than one email per conversation every 30 minutes. You can unsubscribe from message notifications at any time.

Matchd does not sell your personal data.
