1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Matchd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Act respectfully towards all other users.
• Not harass, abuse or discriminate against other users.
• Not post misleading, fraudulent or deceptive listings.
• Not impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity.

3. Football Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any content you post, including:

• Player Wanted posts.
• Team listings.
• Friendly match requests.
• Tournament information.

4. Messaging

Messaging must be used appropriately and in good faith. Abusive, threatening, spam or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to review reported messages and take action.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Matchd reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts or terminate accounts without notice for breaches of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Posting false or misleading information.
• Impersonation or fraudulent activity.
• Any use of the platform that we reasonably believe is harmful.

6. Liability

Matchd acts only as a platform connecting grassroots football coaches, parents and clubs. We are not responsible for:

• Matches, friendlies or trials arranged between users.
• Coaching activities conducted by users.
• Injuries, accidents or incidents occurring during football activities.
• Disputes between users.

Users are responsible for their own safeguarding, insurance and due diligence when arranging football activities.

7. Child Safety

Matchd does not permit users to publicly share children’s personal information, including full names, dates of birth, addresses or contact details.

When listing training locations or venues, please use general areas rather than exact residential addresses.

8. Changes to These Terms

Matchd may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
